As part of the Faculty Development Program, comprehensive training sessions were conducted on assessment methodologies, grading approaches, and relative grading techniques. The sessions provided faculty members with structured insights into designing effective and academically sound evaluation frameworks. In addition to conventional assessment practices, the training explored the role of Artificial Intelligence in assessment design and emphasized the development of clear, criterion-based rubrics. Participants also examined common errors in examination paper setting and question design, with a focus on improving validity, reliability, and alignment with learning outcomes.
