“The Student Pedagogy Partnership Program (SPPP) conducted its Orientation Training for the Fall 2024 cohort, welcoming new participants to the initiative on October 9, 2024. This training introduced students to the program’s mission of collaborative teaching and learning through active engagement with faculty. The orientation covered key concepts in student-faculty partnerships, emphasizing the importance of mutual respect, shared responsibility, and reflective practice in enhancing classroom experiences. Participants were briefed on their roles, expectations, and the tools available for effective collaboration.
The orientation served as the foundation for the cohort to begin their journey in improving pedagogical practices and fostering a more inclusive, student-centered academic environment.”
