The Learning Innovation Centre (LIC) successfully conducted the Staff Town Hall on 13th October 2025 at the Webinar Hall, C-Building, UCP. The session was graced by Mr. Abu Bakar Siddiq Alvi, CHRO (Head Office), along with the Pro-Rector, Head LIC, and HR Manager.

The session focused on Staff Well-being and Engagement, Training and Development, and Policy and HR Matters. Key updates included initiatives for staff recognition, fitness, and workplace improvements, along with plans for stress management and AI-related training. HR also addressed policy clarity on promotions, leave, scholarships, and benefits, emphasizing skill development, compliance, and overall staff welfare.
