Learning Innovation Centre organized a faculty training session facilitated by Ms. Tayyaba Binte Mehmood, focusing on delivering effective, constructive, and positive feedback. The session emphasized the importance of rising above bias, discrimination, and unproductive criticism, encouraging participants to adopt a practical, task oriented approach when providing feedback. Through discussions, faculty members were guided on how to frame feedback in ways that promote growth, clarity, and mutual respect. The training aimed to equip faculty and staff with actionable strategies to strengthen communication, support student development, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement at UCP.
