The Learning Innovation Center (LIC), in collaboration with the Human Resources Department, successfully organized the Faculty Townhall on 26th August 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Webinar Hall, C-Building (Ground Floor). The session was facilitated by the Prorector, Dr. Hammad Naveed.
The Faculty Townhall was designed to promote open dialogue, collaboration, and collective growth among faculty members. At UCP, we recognize that faculty serve as the vital bridge between the institution and our students; therefore, their well-being, professional development, and growth remain a top priority.
The event provided a constructive and inclusive platform for faculty members to share their perspectives, raise concerns, and engage in meaningful discussions, further strengthening UCP’s culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and shared progress.
