The Learning Innovation Centre (LIC), in coordination with the Admin Department, organized a comprehensive training for the food staff — including the cooking team, supervising team, and serving team — on June 26th, 27th, and 30th, 2025 at the University of Central Punjab (UCP).
The training sessions included staff members from all UCP cafés, faculty lounges, and the food street. Dr. Kanza Aziz Awan, Head of Department – Faculty of Science and Technology (FOST), conducted the training sessions in alignment with the standards and requirements of the Pakistan Food Authority.
This initiative has effectively equipped the UCP food staff with essential knowledge and practices to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the execution of their daily responsibilities.
