The Learning Innovation Centre (LIC), in collaboration with the Administration Department, successfully conducted a two-day Training on Physical and Mental Fitness for UCP faculty and staff in the Common Room, C-Building. on Wednesday, July 23rd and Thursday, July 24th from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
This wellness initiative promoted holistic well-being through:
✅ Insightful discussions on mental health and stress management
✅ Expert advice on nutrition and personalized diet planning
✅ Live exercise sessions including yoga, stretching, and strength-based activities
All participants attended the sessions with enthusiasm and actively engaged in each activity, reflecting the success of this initiative and UCP’s ongoing commitment to promoting a healthy, balanced, and productive work environment for its esteemed faculty and staff.
