Learning Innovation Centre organized “Living Our Values” session, facilitated by Ms. Zunaira Khalid, brought together faculty members to reflect on how UCP’s six core values. Integrity, Respect, Tolerance, Commitment, Service, and Creativity can be meaningfully embedded into everyday academic life. Through interactive case scenarios, reflective value mapping, and structured action planning, participants examined ways to translate these principles into teaching practices, mentoring approaches, and collegial engagement. The session encouraged faculty to align personal and institutional values while identifying practical steps to cultivate a respectful, innovative, and supportive university environment.
