The Learning Innovation Centre (LIC) successfully hosted the UGRAD Workshop on Thursday, 23rd January 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Takhleeq Basement. The workshop aimed to familiarize students with the prestigious Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (UGRAD), which offers an incredible opportunity to study in the United States for one semester. This fully funded program not only fosters academic and cultural exchange but also provides avenues for leadership development, personal growth, and global exposure. The session was led by Ms. Shafaq Zahra and Mr. Inam ul Hassan, accomplished UGRAD alumni. Drawing from their firsthand experiences, they inspired attendees with compelling stories about their journeys, personal growth, and cultural learning through the program. Additionally, the speakers provided valuable insights into the application process, key tips for standing out as applicants, and the transformative impact of the UGRAD program on their academic and professional lives. The interactive session sparked meaningful conversations, engaged participants in Q&A discussions, and motivated students to pursue this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
