Cohort 12 successfully concluded its Instructional Skills Training Workshop. Participants focused on developing key pedagogical strategies, including the use of Active Learning, defining clear SMART Objectives, structuring Lesson Planning, and implementing techniques for enhancing Student Engagement. The cohort demonstrated a thorough analysis of these instructional methods throughout the workshop. Hoping to see them transform their classrooms.
