Learning Innovation Centre organized a data-driven training session titled “Developing Classroom Insights Through Experiential Role-Play,” led by
Dr. Faiqa Yaseen from the University of Central Punjab for the Faculty of Science and Technology. Blending research, psychology, creativity, and
art, the immersive workshop focused on unlocking the psychology of Gen Z students, bridging generational gaps through modern teaching strategies,
and fostering conflict-free classroom management that preserves student dignity while reducing anxiety. Rather than just discussing complex academic realities, faculty members actively engaged in experiential role-playing to gain deeper self-awareness, see diverse perspectives, and transform their feedback approach from judgment to empowerment.
