The Learning Innovation Centre (LIC) successfully conducted an engaging training session on “Interview Coaching, Resume Review, HR Recruitment
Process & ATS Optimization” for the CSO staff on 23rd July 2026 at the Takhleeq Basement Hall. Expertly facilitated by Ms. Dur-e-Sameen Sarmad,
the workshop equipped participants with practical strategies to develop ATS-friendly resumes, understand international CV standards and modern HR
recruitment processes, leverage AI tools for interview preparation, master the STAR interview technique, and enhance their overall career readiness
for today’s competitive global job market. The interactive session empowered participants with valuable skills to confidently navigate recruitment
processes and maximize their professional opportunities.
