The Learning Innovation Centre at UCP was honored to host Judith Ravin, a former U.S. diplomat with two decades of international experience, for an inspiring masterclass on Academic Voice and Influence. This interactive session was specially designed for our deans, faculty, and administrators to help them grow as leaders.
Ms. Ravin introduced the idea of “Concentric Circles” in leadership, showing how our communication starts within the university and ripples out to impact the global stage. She shared practical tips on persuasive storytelling, using critical thinking to stay ahead in a changing job market, and the power of keeping messages clear and consistent.
