- The Learning Innovation Centre (LIC) successfully conducted its Staff Townhall on June 22, 2026, at the Conference Hall (A-Building). Chaired collaboratively by the Provost, Head of LIC, HR Manager, and Program Manager (LIC), the session provided an open and welcoming platform for staff members to connect, share feedback, and engage in meaningful dialogue. Recognizing staff as the essential bridge between the institution, faculty, and students, the session focused on strengthening communication, promoting teamwork, and supporting professional growth and well-being. Ultimately, the Townhall reinforced LIC’s commitment to listening to the collective voice of its team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment that contributes directly to continuous institutional improvement and academic excellence.
