The Learning Innovation Centre (LIC), in collaboration with the Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC), conducted the fourth workshop in the Future Leaders Program, “My Leadership Posture,” on 29 October 2026 at the University of Central Punjab (UCP). The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Ahmad Waqar, a business leader and behavioral development trainer with over 15 years of experience. The session explored the fundamentals of leadership through four key responsibilities, namely subsidiarity, leadership posture and behavior’s, values, and creating clarity for success. Participants reflected on how their mindset and values shape the way they lead. The session allowed them to strengthen their self-awareness and leadership presence, and gain practical skills for values-based decision-making and leading with clarity and purpose.
